Tomato Puff

Tomato puff

2 cups canned tomatoes
1 1/2 cups soft bread crumbs
3 eggs, separated
3/4 cup shrp cheese, grated
1 teaspoon salt

Mix tomatoes and bread crumbs to make a thick paste. Add cheese and salt. Separate eggs and add yolks, then fold in stiffly beaten egg whites. Bake in greased baking dish 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
