Sunset Salad

Another Gelatin salad....

Sunset Salad

1 package ( 3 oz) lemon or orange pineapple gelatin
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 cup boiling water
1 can ( 8 3/4 oz) crushed pineapple
1 Tablespoon lemon juice
1 cup grated carrots
1/3 cup pecans

dissolve gelatin and salt in boiling water. Add undrained pineapple and lemon juice. Chill until thick. Fold in carrots and pecans and chill until firm
