Walnut Cream Pie
1/2 cup sugar
5 Tablespoons flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 cups milk
2 egg yolks, beaten
1 Tablespoon butter
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 cup walnuts
1 baked pie shell
Meringue
Combine sugar, flour and salt. Add milk gradually. Cook over low heat 10 minutes, stirring constantly. Cool and stir in walnuts. Put in baked pie shell. Cover with meringue and bake until brown at 375 degrees.
