Everyone probably has this recipe, anyway those that love pizza and have any children....
this was the award winner in the appetizer, salads category in the cookbook of 1968.
Mini-Pizzas
Mrs. Jerry W. Franklin
1/2 pound ground beef
1 Tablespoon oregano
1 package refrigerated biscuits
1 small can tomato paste
1 cup cheese, grated
10 to 12 stuffed olives
1 Tablespoon shortening
Brown ground beef in shortening. Add oregano. On a greased pizza sheet, flatten biscuits to 4-inch circle. Leave a small rim around the edge. Fill with tomato paste and ground beef. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake about 10 minutes at 4258 degrees. After removing from oven, trim with olive slices. Makes 8 to 10.
