Ice cream is all about summer time...remember cranking that old ice cream maker and eating the rock salt on the ice.....memories.
Old Fashioned Homemade Ice Cream
1 1/2 quarts whipping cream
1/2 quart coffee cream
1 quart milk
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 Tablespoon vanilla
2 cups sugar
5 eggs, well beaten
1/2 cup honey
Beat eggs until frothy. Add sugar gradually. Mix well. Add remaining ingredients. Beat thoroughly. Pour into 1 gallon freezer. Freeze in crank freezer or electric freezer
