Zangy Beets

I like Beets.....

Zangy Beets

1 medium size can beets, sliced or cubed
1/4 cup horseradish
1/4 cup cooking oil
1/3 cup vinegar
salt and pepper

Combine horseradish, oil, vinegar , salt and pepper. Mix with beets , chill and serve.
