Gelatin Breakfast Bread

Gelatin Breakfast bread

2 1/2 cup flour
1 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup sugar
1 Tablespoon baking powder
1 egg
3/4 cup milk
1/2 box gelatin ( any flavor)
1/4 cup raisins
1/4 cup nutmeats
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 cup brown sugar

Mix all ingredients, except cinnamon and brown sugar. Beat well. Pour into small greased loaf pan. Sprinkle top evenly with brown sugar and cinnamon mixture. Bake 30 to 45 minutes at 375 degrees.
