I don`t know about you, but I love pineapple
Yum Yum Pineapple Salad

1 No. 2 can crushed pineapple
1 cup sugar
2 envelopes unflavored gelatin
1/2 cup cold water
2 Tablespoon lemon juice
1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
1 cup whipped dessert topping
Soak gelatin in cold water 10 minutes. Heat pineapple and sugar until sugar is dissolved. Add gelatin and lemon juice. When mixture is almost congealed add cheese and whipped cream.
