Ham Loaf
Mrs. John O. Fife
1 pound ground ham
1 pound ground beef
1/2 pound ground pork steak
1 cup dry bread crumbs
1 cup milk
3 eggs , beaten
salt and pepper
Mix well and make into a loaf. Place in baking pan.
SAUCE
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup vinegar
1/2 cup water
1 Tablespoon dry mustard
Mix ingredients . Bring to a boil, then cool. Baste ham loaf with sauce.Bake 2 hours at 350 degrees.
