Here is a simple recipe.
Beef Stroganoff

2 pounds round steak
1 can bouillon soup
1 cup water
1 Tablespoons cornstartch
1 teaspoon salt
1 Tablespoon soy sauce
1 can mushroom soup
Remove fat from steak. Cut into 2-inch squares. Flour lightly and brown. Add can of bouillon soup and water mixed with cornstartch. Add salt and soy sauce. cover and simmer at least 1 1/2 hours or until fork tender. Add mushroom soup and stir until creamy. Serve over mashed potatoes or noodles
