Blueberry sauce

Mix until smooth:
8 teaspoon cornstarch
2 cup warm water
Add:
2 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
1 cup sugar
Cook over low heat until thick and transparent, stirring constantly. Remove from heat, blend in 2 Tablespoon butter or margarine and 2 teaspoon lemon juice.
Makes 3 cup sauce.
