We sometimes go to town more then once a week, to get certain things for the girls or things we need and forgot during that first trip to town/grocery store. We live about 15 miles out.
This week I think I did pretty good. I have been couponing for about a couple of months now. I just have to brag alittle this week , since I saved more then I usually do.
First trip--We went to Walmart and I saved a total of 20.00 just from Walmart. I had a total of 16 coupons that I used. Most were grocery related.. The coupons varied from .40 to 1.00 off on the different products....It was nice to see the numbers drop....
Today wasn`t a real big saving as the first trip , but it`s a savings none the less.
I went to Walmart and used a Dawn dish Soap coupon that came from a Sunday paper insert.I saved .50 there...yayay
Then I went to the grocery store and used several coupons there and they double up to .50 coupons...I saved about 10.00 there. I had a couple of coupons from coupons.com , one for Butterball turkey and saved 3.00 off , of course had to buy 4 crescent dinner roll, in which I had coupons for those as well., so the on the turkey , I saved 3.00 plus 1.60 on the four dinner crescents... I also had a coupon for Hormel Ham and saved 2.00 off on that. I also got a peel-it coupon on the turkey and two of the crescents...yay
I just love saving on things.......I wish I could save more.
I so love couponing. My mom used to do some couponing when I was growing up , but not a whole lot...just a few items and she wouldn`t use them on sale items.
