Here is a different recipe for meatloaf...with a can of chili beans in it....
Western Meatloaf
Lynda Faye Hunt
2 eggs
2 cups cracker crumbs, mashed
2 pound ground beef
1/2 cup onion, finely chopped
2 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup catsup or
1 small can tomato paste
1 can chili beans...drained and rinsed
Combine egg and crumbs and stir until blended. Add ground beef, onion, salt and mix lightly; then add catsup or tomato paste and beans. Place in loaf pan or into loaf on a shallow baking pan. Spread catsup on top. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.Makes 6 to 8 servings.

Barbequed Meat and Cheese Loaf
Ok, I have not tried this one, but I am sure it is good.
Barbequed Meat and Cheese Loaf
O.E. Bright
1 pound ground beef
3/4 cup diced processed cheese food
1/2 cup vienna bread crumbs
1 cup milk
1 egg, unbeaten
2 teaspoons sugar
1/3 cup barbeque sauce
2 teaspoons seasoned salt
3 teaspoon minced onion or 3 teaspoon onion juice
Mix thoroughly; place in loaf pan and bake 2 hours at 350 degrees

Farmer`s Pride Meat loaf
This meatloaf recipe is alittle different.
Farmer`s Pride Meatloaf

3 large potatoes, peeled
2 large onions
1 large green pepper
1 apple, peeled and cored
1 3/4 pound top round, ground
1/4 pound sausage
1/4 cup crackers, finely crushed
1/4 cup undiluted evaporated milk
2 teaspoons salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 can ( 8 oz) tomato sauce
{ut potatoes, onion, green pepper and apple thru food chopped, using coarse blade. Mix lightly but thorough with remaining ingredients, except tomato sauce. Pack into loaf pan or shallow 2-quart baking dish. Cover with tomato sauce. Bake 1 1/2 hours at 350 degrees. Let stand 5 to 10 minutes before removing from pan. cut in squares. Serves 6 to 8.

Crazy Meatloaf
This recipe is from 1967 Silver Spoon Cookbook ( Kansas newspaper)
CrazyMeatloaf
Mrs. Gary W. Jones
1 pound ground beef
2 whole crackers, broken
2 slices bread, crumbled
1 egg
salt and pepper
1/4 cup taco sauce (I didn`t have ,so I added chili sauce to replace it)
1/4 cup tomato soup( I used Tomato basil soup)
4 slices of bacon
Mix all ingredients in bowl. Form into loaf in pan lined with aluminum foil. top with bacon. Put in oven and bake 40 minutes at 400 degrees. Remove grease from around meatloaf occasionally.
I also added a little ground vension with it. Yummy.

1 egg
1/2 cup bread crumbs
1 Tablespoon mustard
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 Tablespoon catsup
1 Tablespoon worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon salt
1 chopped onion
Combine all ingredients and shape into a loaf. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. Serves 8 to 10.
